Een paar dagen geleden spotte ik de nieuwe herfst-winter collectie van het Deense design merk Ferm Living. Een collectie die meteen goed gepresenteerd werd. En met goed doel ik natuurlijk op: blauw! Eerder dit jaar verraste het merk me al met de lente collectie, waar blauwe pentekeningen de boventoon voerden voor o.a. tafellopers en servetten – die ook dit keer een hoge plek op mijn wish list scoren!
De Ferm Living AW14 collectie kenmerkt zich door het Scandinavische simplistische design met enkele ruwe industriële kenmerken, grafische vormen en diverse tinten blauw. Je begrijpt wel dat ik hier razend enthousiast van wordt! Een deel van de collectie is voortgekomen uit een samenwerking met de inspirerende en – in mijn ogen – fantastische Søren Rose (binnenkort in de spotlight).
Ook marmer heeft zijn plek gevonden, uitgevoerd in diep blauw! (check!)
Ik zou bijna een theepot aanschaffen om de theemutsen in deze kleuren te scoren! Voorste oogt hetzelfde als mijn net nieuwe hal kleur ‘Blueberry Dream’ en de achterste is diep blauw zoals mijn slaapkamer – qua opstelling precies zoals de kamers in mijn apartement!

Ik ben dolenthousiast met deze nieuwe collectie! Ook mede omdat het Scandinavisch design is met een twist! Niet het typische witte/rustige design, maar meer gewaagd met materiaalgebruik en diepe kleuren! Word jij ook zo blij van de Ferm Living AW14 collectie en de fantastische styling!

A couple of days ago I spotted the Ferm Living AW14 collection online. A collection which is presented on a very good way. And with good I mean: blue! Earlier this year Ferm Living surprised me with their Spring collection where blue pen drawings gave Easter decoration a complete new look and feel. I felt in love with the napkins, which are high on my wish list for this new collection too! Ferm Living AW14 characterizes itself as Scandinavian simplistic design, raw industrial materials, graphic shapes and several shades of blue. Well if you know me and my love for the color blue, you can imagine how happy I am! Part of the collection is created with the lovely inspiring and fantastic Søren Rose (which I will put in the spot light soon).
I really really like this new collection by Ferm Living, especially because it’s Scandinavian design with a twist. Not the clean pure white stuff, but more edgy with deep colors – just the way I like it! What do you think of this new collection?
